6.3 Deliverables: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables resulting from our services for their internal business purposes only.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law. Similarly, clients are expected to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared by Apex Consult UK during the engagement.

10. Termination

10.1 By Either Party: Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the service agreement.

10.2 By Apex Consult UK: We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if:

  • The client fails to make payment when due
  • The client materially breaches these Terms or the service agreement
  • The client acts in a manner that may damage our reputation or business

10.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms
